About Us

•  CHBA-Lethbridge Region is a not for profit association that represents the residential construction industry and has over 150 members. We are governed by a Board of Directors and have 13 committees that focus on issues facing the industry.

•  Originally started as the Lethbridge Housing Association in the early 1950's it has evolved to become the voice of the residential construction industry as well as an organization that provides information to the public about new home construction.

•  Our region encompasses from the B.C border West to Bow Island and South of Claresholm and Vulcan the U.S border.

•  As an association, we focus on 5 areas to help our membership and they are; Connect, Aware, Grow, Innovate, and Safe.

•  Hosts the Annual Parade of Homes for the general public and is a partner with Exhibition Park on the Home and Garden Show.

•  We are a great resource for people to find information out about building new homes and find members whom are willing to help them complete their dreams.
